Important healthcare company is seeking a Site Supervisor - Scientific Services based in Madrid
Is first point of contact with client on site
Carries out repairs, maintenance of a wide variety of laboratory instrumentation
Ensures accurate documentation is in place and of high quality.
Point of contact for equipment maintenance in liaison with Asset Management team and customer lab staff, facilitating scheduling and hosting of engineering visits for PM &/or repair.

Relevant education (e.g. Bachelor in Electronic Engineering or Biotechnology) or equivalent practical experience
3 - 5 years of experience in a Customer Service environment
Understanding of GxP, laboratory environments
Good communications and leadership skills
Strong customer service ethic
English fluent
