FutuRS is the technology company of the Ribera Salud Group and part of Centene Corporation. FutuRS is a new concept of healthcare in which we fuse clinical vision and technology to give an optimal and integral response to people´s needs. Results in health and technology without losing sight of the human character of both our patients and the professionals who are part of FutuRS.

We look for candidates that have a high learning capacity, that assume the technological challenges that are proposed, in a collaborative and motivating work environment. We are looking to hire a Service Desk Support to join our support team.

Functions:

* Primary contact in providing customer service and technical support to internal partners and vendors with complex issues. The team works multiple requests a day with a requirement to update document processes and engage in proactive enablement.
* Provide level 1 support for failed jobs (batch and EFT).
* Participate in departmental audits as requested, new desing/build system testing, end user training and communication.

Requisitos mínimos

* Education/Experience: High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field preferred. 2+ years of related experience. Intermediate computer skills, proven ability building strategic working relationships, thorough understanding of job scheduling fundamentals, ability to navigate Windows and UNIX/Linux Operating Systems, and basic troubleshooting skills.
* Understanding of how to navigate Windows and UNIX with experience using UNIX commands.
* Understand EFT with the ability to perform Level 1 support for batch and EFT jobs.
* Basic understanding of how servers, networks, applications and databases operate. Formal technical training (degree or certificate), prior operator experience, and scripting skills are a plus.
