Edelman Data & Intelligence (DXI) is creating its new hub in Madrid and is looking for professionals specialized in market research to join its teams.


Edelman Data & Intelligence (DxI) is a fast growing (15% growth last year) Insights and Research agency with a unique twist. We are part of Edelman, the world's largest independent communications company, but with a boutique agency spirit amongst the 80 people in the DXI team. We are working within a truly integrated global network on some of the world's biggest and most exciting clients: Mars Inc., Unilever, IKEA, GSK, Nissan, Lidl, HEINEKEN (just to name a few) as well as public authorities, governments and charities.




  • Analyse and visualise primary data and digital marketing activities using a variety of tools and methodologies.

  • Create and develop digital KPIs, data dashboards, protocols, and analytics to provide companies with a solid decision-making basis for budget allocation and communication focus

  • Provide clear results and visualisations on website performance, search engine optimisation, content and campaign performance and recommend the right actions to take

  • Supportthedevelopmentof SEOstrategiesbyanalysingtechnicalandcontentcriteria aswell asreputationsignals:
    • Keyword Audits

    • Content Structure

    • Information architecture

    • Off-Page Analyses


  • Proactively identify relevant analytics and search trends to derive recommended actions for colleagues and clients

  • Develop and analyse A-B tests for landing pages and derive recommendations for action

  • Create quantitative analyses to determine user behaviour

  • Produce accurate reports and real-time dashboards that (partially) automate updates and track digital metrics

  • Conduct ad-hoc analytics to support clients and client teams across all areas of the business

  • Work with digital and marketing teams to share insights with stakeholders and customers and present results combined with concrete recommendations for action


  • Salary is competitive from 30k to 35k

Requisitos mínimos
  • At least 1 year of experience in an analytics, data visualisation or SEO position within a digital marketing team.

  • Expertise in using Google Analytics and other analytical platforms (e-tracker, Matomo)

  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS

  • Ability to develop keyword research in coordination with copywriters and designers with regard to given content strategies

  • Experience in developing dashboards in Power BI or Google Data Studio

  • PowerPoint skills to communicate strategies and results in a clear and focused manner.

  • You should be comfortable working in an environment characterised by rapid and ever-evolving growth; a tendency to move quickly and a passion for continuous optimisation

  • Autodidactic skills: You should have your own drive to learn and gain knowledge about developments and trends in specific areas (data visualisation, SEO, analytics, web development, or similar)

  • Fluent English, both written and spoken. Any other European lenguage is a plus
