Senior Project Manager / SCRUM Master

We are looking for Project Manager/Scrum Master with passion for mentor, who will lead our IT teams and projects within agile methodology. Our new colleague will be responsible for:

- Defining project needs and managing project delivery.
- Guides the team along all relevant process steps and guarantee the team deliverables are in quality and compliant to the defined process framework.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the detailed execution of projects.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
- Reporting and project documentation.


As Scrum Master the functions to be carried out will be:

- Expand the knowledge accepting of agile practical way of doing for ongoing projects.
- Demonstrate clear attainment of core Scrum knowledge and Scrum Master role responsibilities.
- Facilitates the team's creativity and self-empowerment to challenge product content definition and way of working.
- Exchange standard methodologies and collaborating with other scrum teams.


Use your skills to move the world forward.

- Degree in computer science, engineering or comparable education.
- Proven working experience as a project manager in the information technology sector.
- Solid technical background in softwaredevelopment and web technologies.
- Organizational skillsincluding attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Certified PMP/ PRINCE II or IPMA C is helpful.
- Good spoken English.
