We are looking for a Peoplesoft specialist, for an 18 months project, starting July 6th 2020.
The specialist, will provide assistant, to the main support team placed in UK, in managing the following application maintenance:
PeopleSoft Enterprise Global Payroll Spain (PeopleSoft – Payroll): compensation, earnings, deductions, social security, taxes, loans, garnishments, terminations, absences, payroll payment processing, accounting
PeopleSoft Enterprise ELM. (PeopleSoft – Talent management): workforce development, profile, performance
PeopleSoft Enterprise. allowances, payable time for crew staff
PeopleSoft Enterprise Time and Labor (PeopleSoft – Time&Labor): report time, view time, approve time, exceptions, attendance, schedules and shifts, time collecting device, payable time for ground staff
A good level of English and Spanish is required as the specialist will translate customer requests and needs from Spanish into English for the rest of the maintenance team, and vice versa.
The service will be provided at customers’ office in Madrid. Working hours: from 8:30 to 17:00h from Monday to Friday.
The main maintenance will resource a 24x7 standby rota, with backup support from the specialist on call as a point of escalation. The specialist will also be on standby during the monthly payroll runs. This service will be paid.

La persona interesada se unirá al equipo de soporte del cliente.
Uno de nuestros principales clientes tecnológicos, nos ha pedido un especialista en Peoplesoft utilizando PeopleTool 8.55, para un proyecto de 18 meses empezando el 6 de julio de 2020. ¿Estarías interesado?
La persona interesada, se uniria al equipo de mantenimiento del cliente para estas 4 aplicaciones:
- Nóminas y liquidaciones
- Administración de personal
- Primas y dietas
- Control del tiempo
Es necesario un buen nivel de inglés, porque haría de traductor entre los requisitos del cliente español, y el resto del equipo de soporte localizado en UK.
El servicio, se daría en las oficinas del cliente en Madrid en horario de lunes a viernes de 8:30 a 17:00h.
Las guardias estarían a cargo del equipo principal, aunque la persona que se incorpore hará de backup telefónica, para determinadas incidencias que se escalen. Será necesario un soporte puntual para el proceso mensual de nóminas.
Requisitos mínimos
- More than 5 years of experience working with Peoplesoft
- A good level of English and Spanish
