The Solution Architect OT Connectivity will belong to the unit GDD/CD OT Connectivity that ensures reliable and secure development and implementation of services at the interface between IT and OT.

• You evaluate and develop concepts regarding the use of industrial networks and IT infrastructure services in production, technical services and logistics.


• As part of the global product team you drive the architecture, technology and service development of our OT specific remote access and OT related IT infrastructure portfolio


• You take care of the exchange with our global and regional engineers and our major business partners and key stakeholders in in production, technical services, and logistics


• Based on customer and site specific technical and operational requirements you design and develop customer specific solution designs


• Furthermore, you will act in project teams or lead (sub) projects

The Solution Architect OT Connectivity will have the following qualifications:

• University degree in IT, engineering or an equivalent qualification


• We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3-5 years experience in consulting and planning of IP networks, remote access solutions or IT infrastructure within OT


• Deep knowledge of IT or OT security and new communication protocols, -service and -technologies in the context of IIot, Industry 4.0 and network technology


• You preferably have experience working with automation technology at the interface between IT and OT


• Creative and agile mindset, agile tools, and methods


• You possess the following functional competencies: analytical thinking, customer orientation, problem solving, team work


• Excellent communication skills in English


• You are keen on innovations in digitalization and communication technology
