Our client is the world's leading manufacturer and marketer of residential swimming pool equipment, with strong markets in different countries. we are looking for a Responsible for managing and sales activities within Iberia (Spain and Portugal).
* Drive sales growth within the assigned territory.
* Define and implement Sales Action Plans within Iberia, always aligned with the Sales&Marketing Plan for Europe and the corporate guidelines.
* Key Accounts management, defining account plans with main distributors aiming to strengthen partnership and share of wallet.
* Coordinate Iberian Sales Team (Spanish speaking) by scheduling and leading regular team meetings, assigning specific tasks to employees, and following up on work results.
* Provide counsel and management support to the Iberian Sales Team, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
* Provide market information, identifying trends, providing recommendations to strategic plans and strategic decision making.
* Identify customer needs critical to new product development and innovation, providing insightful inputs to the Product Management team.
* Resolve customer related problems in collaboration with other departments (Customer Service, Finance, Operations)
* Implement company processes and policies within the Iberian sales organization, including Pricing guidelines.
* Promote strategic product families and new product introductions.
* Collaborate with HR functions by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training assigned sales team.
* Work closely with Business Development, Product Management, Marketing and Finance to develop sales and marketing strategies to maximize market penetration within the assigned territory.
* Represents the company at trade shows.
* Performs other duties as assigned by the Regional Sales Manager.
Required Education and Experience
* Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from university and a minimum of ten years related Sales experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Demonstrated experience in successful sales management, including large accounts and distribution (Experience with distribution is essential)
* Knowledge of the Commercial Pool Industry is preferred.
* Computer skills (Excell & PowerPoint)
