The chosen candidate should have the following requirements:

  • University degree in Business Administration or equivalent

  • Solidfinanceandaccountingbackground (+8 yearsaccountingexperience). GoodknowledgeofFinanceprocessesandpoliciesin general andfullabilityofapplyingtheseinthedailywork.

  • KnowledgeofIFRSand local GAAP

  • Experienced global teamplayer

  • FluentinEnglish, oral andwritten.

  • StronglyProcessoriented, withgoodanalyticalskills

  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management

  • Hightolerancetothestressandmanagepeaksofpressurebasedontightprojectdeadlines.

Requisitos mínimos

The chosen candidate will be responsible of the following tasks:

  • Plan, coordinate with relevant stakeholders and implement transformation initiatives

  • Support and provide ideas and feedback to OTC Expert in the different initiatives on OTC scope during the year

  • Support FO OTC Country Responsible to detect challenges, pain points and their root causes, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing them

  • Being a SPOC for Intelligent Process Automation

  • Identification of key metrics to measure process performance and evaluate the impact of the improvements implemented

  • Preparation of formal requirements to IT / Digital finance, securing proper understanding from their side, defining acceptance criteria and assuring UAT execution and approval

  • Focus on quality, standardization, and efficiency.

  • Ensure compliance with current global principles, standards, and frameworks.

  • Maintain strong follow up of Key controls from internal control and ensure compliance with company's policies & procedures

  • Develop relationships with other teams in and out of the finance function, such Accounting, Legal, Tax, Manufacturing, Sales, and other stakeholders to provide transparency, consistency and alignment regarding offer-to-cash processes as well as consistently enhance the overall quality of the process.

  • Assure that proper documentation to understand and execute the different processes is in place.

  • Accounting advice within the area of responsibility.

  • Support the definition of efficient and scalable processes that support the business defined by Central HQ, assuring that operational requirements are considered from the very beginning

  • Collection of requirements and translation to IT / Digital finance in formal request

  • Testing scenarios definition and execution in coordination with operations, project team and / or business.

  • Deliver trainings related to new business / products to FO Organization to assure correct understanding and operational excellence once implementation is done
