The Salesforce Product Owner will provide day-to-day leadership to analyse requirements, develop designs, and implement cloud-based solutions based on Salesforce. He/She acts as the liaison between the business users and the development team to identify, assess, and document business requirements, develop use cases that explain/demonstrate business requirements/specifications to the development team, and analyse the impact of proposed solutions across the organization.
Responsabilities
Support execution of the Stakeholder Engagement and Communication Plan:
* Review, provide feedback, and approve the Communication Plan
* Assist in the management of the plan
* Provide resources to develop, review, approve, or send the communications
* Monitor the status of communications throughout the project
* Modify the communication plan, as needed
* Guarantee proper training to all the users
Performance
* Defining the vision
* Managing the product backlog
* Prioritizing needs
* Overseeing development stages
* Anticipating stakeholder needs
* Acting as primary liaison
* Evaluating product progress at each iteration
Qualifications/Selection Criteria
* Salesforce
* English Speaking
* Commercial / Marketing
* Has knowledge of current communication vehicles and effective communication strategies
* Familiar with the impacted stakeholder groups
* Has availability to lead and/or delegate the execution of the communication activities and responsibilities outlined below
* Is an effective communicator who can facilitate a two-way dialogue between the project team and user community
