Job Requirements:
Lead the solution and execution of advanced configuration/development activities across the full suite of SFMC modules based on business requirements.
Scope, build and deploy campaigns and multichannel customer lifecycle journeys and automations in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Full-command of the different platform modules: Email Studio, Content Builder, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Interaction Studio, Advertising Studio.
Maintain and document technical processes and marketing automation procedures and provide seamless hand-off to internal team users to escalate solutions.
Develop testing plans, conduct tests, and report learnings. Apply learnings to ongoing improvement.
Desired:
Certified in some of Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification (Email Specialist, Consultant or Developer).
Coding skills: HTML, CSS, Java-script (…)
Previous experience working with some other tools for marketing automation/personalization as Optimizely, G-Optimize, A/B Tasty, DMP's, Adobe Target (…).
Permanent contract
SBA 50-80k depends on the profile
Requisitos mínimos
2+ years hands-on experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Knowledge using programming languages: AMPScript & SQL queries.
Experience at the technical implementation of the solution: setup of the business unit, creation of data extensions, maintenance and troubleshooting.
International experience with the same role.
Native English is a must.
