Renovation Project Manager

As the Renovations Project Manager you will be responsible for coordinating renovation process for AmRest in CE (regional responsibility), proposing input to 3 year plan, managing budgeting process, supervising realization according to planned budget, closure time and quality to ensure optimal spending and efficient process.

Your responsibilities:

• Preparing and improving renovation process according to the priorities and feedback from other departments,


• Managing renovation visits and protocols for each unit to ensure optimal: scope, closure time and budget,


• Preparing and updating budgets and approve it with Global Renovation Leader,


• Ensuring good communication flow between stakeholders to achieve expected goal,


• Maintaining and collecting data to ensure updated renovation database,


• Tracking list of: renovations planned, required scope and projection of expenses to inform stakeholder about all changes,


• Providing reports and forecast according to the agreed matrix.

Your skills & experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction is mandatory


• Higher degree in Engineering (Architecture, Construction)


• Advanced knowledge of English both written and spoken


• AutoCAD - medium proficiency – will be an asset


• Full proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power Point)


• Strong project management skills
