Real Estate Investment Director

One of the leading real estate companies in Europe.

Will lead the investment process from origination, underwriting, and modelling to approval. The successful candidate will have extensive networks and the ability to screen opportunities in order to identify the most likely to deliver the company´s strategic objectives.

• Growth of the Spanish business in line with the approved strategic plan and budget.


• Positioning the company in the Madrid market, with associated brand building, building and maintenance of extensive professional networks, and relationship management.


• Origination and execution of new business opportunities in Madrid


• Development of detailed business cases and investment rationale for new and existing projects and presentation of these to the Investment Committee.


• Building and reporting on pipeline.


• Coordinating the preparation of investment committee papers


• Leading negotiations and coordinating with the transaction support team through to acquisition.


• Collaboratively discuss strategic decision-making with colleagues.
