? Elaboration of RfP documentation and management of the RfP process.
? Study and analysis of offers of main components (PV modules, inverters and trackers)
? Studyandanalysisof balance ofplantcontractors
? Analysis of repercussions of the environmental impact studies on project design, construction and operation.
? Providetechnicalsupportduringthefinancingoftheprojects, includingtheauditingofthird-partyreportsandengineeringdocuments
? Review civil design, engineering, orconstructiontechnicaldocumentationtoensurecompliancewithapplicablegovernmentor industrial codes, standards, requirements, orregulations
? Providetechnicalsupportduringconstructionofprojectsincludingfollowupofbudgetingandcosts, withtheactionsrequiredforcommissioningofthe solar PVplants
? Provide technical support during the operation of the projects, helping in the analysis of the performance of the plant.
? Have a deep knowledge of the Spanish regulation applicable to generation plants and construction works

? Minimum Qualifications:
o Industrial Engineer, Physicist; MScRenewableEnergypreferred
? Minimum Experience:
o 5-7 Yearsofprovenexperienceinthedesign, engineeringandanalysisof solar PVpowerplants
? Particular Skills:
o Expertise on solar PV software and solar resource database: PV Syst, Helios 3D, PV Case, SolarGis, Meteonorm, etc.
o Knowledgeofhybridsystemsandstoragededicated software such as HOMER
o Expertise on design and GIS software: Autocad, Global Mapper, QGis, etc.
o Understandingofpermittingprocessfor solar PVpowerplants
o Knowledgeofwindpowerplantswill be valuable
o Good Level of Computer Literacy - Microsoft Office Suite
