Global Service Providerfor the supply of Business Process Outsourcing services in the insurance sector
In close collaboration with all teams involved, the successful candidate will mainly be responsible for
- Contributing to the detailed planning and scheduling of activities, times, costs, people and risk factors
- Interfacing with the IT department for initiatives involving the development of IT assets
- Participating in the definition of sustainability and efficiency criteria in order to constantly optimise delivery costs
- Contribute to the timely and proactive identification of risks and issues related to projects and organisational impacts and propose corrective actions
- Facilitate communication between the various departments involved in projects.

The ideal candidate has gained experience in the insurance field; he/she has worked on Claim Management projects, thanks to which he/she has been able to get to know the functioning mechanisms of the non-life liquidation process, with particular focus on the motor class.
Educational background in management engineering, economics, statistics, mathematics, actuarial statistical science.
The candidate should preferably come from a non-life insurance consultancy company, where he/she has had first-hand experience of the main insurance processes (non-life underwriting, portfolio operation - after-sales, non-life claims settlement, with a particular focus on motor) and the related management systems.
The candidate has an appropriate standing for constant contact with the company's Board members and customers.
A predisposition for autonomous management of assigned projects, an excellent knowledge of IT tools.
A good level of English is mandatory.
