Speaking partner with different stakeholders (e.g. IT, Competence Center, PFM Team …).
Management of customer inquiries and reclamations.
Follow-up inquires and perform timely escalation to applicable parties for swift resolutionLeading implementation of process changes and improvements initiatives in area ofresponsibility.
Deliver high quality service and advices within the area of responsibility.
Support on resolution of complex analysis and issues.
Support on developing Ad hoc activities related to reporting, analysis and metrics (KPIs).
