Operative Marketing BI Specialist - Multinational Tire Company

Multinational Tire Company is looking for an Operative Marketing Specialist

Reporting to the Commercial Director the professional will be responsible of:

• Defining and planning a commercial and marketing strategy and its verification during the year in order to match it to market trends, headquarters requirements, etc.


• Defining plans and sales campaign, ensuring its implementation and verification of its implementation and deviations.


• Defining and ensuring proper positioning of sold products in order to implement the company's strategy and policy.


• Management of trading conditions.


• Creating price analyzes.


• Analysis of margins and prices supporting key commercial activities


• Preparing regular analyzes, comparisons and statistics including monthly reports, forecasts, business plans, including competition and market analysis, etc. in order to implement a strategic approach to sales;


• Creating sales forecasts and verifying their deviations from implementation, analysis of variance.


• Comparing the commercial terms of the competition


• Replacing other employees of the Marketing Department in their absence, at the request of the superior

Hybrid work (1-2 days of teleworking)

Education

• Good level of general education,


• English is a must

Experience

• Background and proven record in the Sales business, with a strong sales ethos


• Experience of B2B sales, preferable Tire Business Experience

• Excellent presentation skills


• Flexible approach to work and able to work under pressure


• Able to demonstrate sound understanding of financial acumen (eg P&L, GM% etc).


• Ability to organise workload, be self-motivated to ensure deadlines are achieved


• Ability to work alone on own initiative and as part of a team


• Excellent communication skills, able to successfully negotiate and influence at a senior level


• Able to develop and maintain strong relationships


• Good IT knowledge and skills, to include Excel


• Able to drive with full driving licence
