Management of the general service suppliers (providers) once of the main task.
* Answering and transferring calls
* Contact with suppliers : Raise orders following the approval policy
* Ensuring all stock is ordered and replenished when needed
* Raising Purchase order, control invoices
* Provide administrative support to the Management team
* Manage diaries, meeting rooms and set up for events (when applicable)
* Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
* Providing HR support to the team
* Project support where required
