  • Design and implement business plans and strategies to achieve the attainment of goals.

  • Expand the scope and growth of the company. Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals.

  • The candidate will be responsible for gaining customers and ensuring that they work to attain a set goal and grow excellently.

  • Research to identify new markets, and customer needs as well as developing a plan that is focused on financial gain and client satisfaction.

  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders.

  • Handling current business relationships.

Requisitos mínimos
  • Bachelor's degree or master's degree in a relevant discipline or MBA.

  • Advanced English. Fluency in other languages is also an advantage.

  • At least 10 years work experience in a managerial or executive capacity with good knowledge of advanced.

  • Proficiency and good knowledge of the business; its growth, survival, thriving capability, and market ability, specially in banking and IT sectors.

  • Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Results-oriented (over the short and long term).

  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Leadership.

  • Proven negotiation skills.
