What we are looking for?


  • A responsible for the day-to-day support such client Dynamics 365 CRM for Finance, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Customer Support.

  • You will be the responsible for customizing and maintaining our Online Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environment for the mentioned areas, collaborating with business, IT team and development team.

  • You will administer, implement best practices, and provide primary application support for MS Dynamics CRM platform.

Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for the day-to-day support of users by responding promptly to or triaging questions, delivering resolutions and support for 150+ users, providing exceptional customer service on the phone, email and in person.

  • Works closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop and deploy new business processes.

  • Responsible for executing the day-to-day configuration, administration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the CRM platform.

  • Supports CRM integrations to other tools (Outlook, Asana and MS Devops).

  • Builds views, reports, dashboards, workflows, and other routine actions. Identifies and deletes or merges duplicates, outdated, or inaccurate records.

  • Maintains user profiles and settings and provides training to end-users as needed.
    Coordinates the evaluation, scope, and completion of new requests, working closely with – and acting as the liaison between – Sales, Product, and Development teams.

  • Acts as part technical project manager, part administrator, and part CRM analyst. Works with sales and/or services team to ensure customer interactions are appropriately captured.

  • Produces data driven insights and recommendations, both ad hoc and as required by the business; tests and approves system changes prior to deployment.

  • Identifies potential improvements to products and processes to overall enhance user experience.

  • Understands security best practices and work with information security team to mitigate risk.




Requisitos mínimos

Requirements:


  • BA/BS in Computer Science/Computer Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience and training

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred.

  • Experience in the SaaS industry preferred.

  • 2+ years as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM administrator Online

  • Experience with Power Automate is a plus

  • In-depth knowledge of sales, marketing and business processes preferred.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred.

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals certification preferred
