Merchandising & Product Director

From Luxe Talent we are looking for a motivated and self driven Merchandising & Product Director to lead collection briefs and define collection structure to ensure the collection and categories are built to meet the strategic targets of the brands.

Please note that the position will be based in Alicante and requires you to relocate.

Job Description:

• Prepare the collection briefs (performance synthesis, market feedback, best and worst sellers).


• Drive assortment style and flow needs.


• Manage monthly sales plan.


• Coordinate design, production and merchandising planning


• Partner with Sales team to understand, influence and drive business objectives/customer needs, and identify category/product opportunities.


• Definition and roll out of buying strategy.


• Define price strategy in line with regional competitors to ensure revenue growth, margins and profitability.


• Price analysis (average, wholesale, retail etc).

We are looking for a professional with at least 5 years of experience managing collections, assortment and product management.

English and Spanish are a must, other languages will be hihgly valuable.

We are looking for an optimistic, data-driven and open mindset to join the management team of one of the best valuated brands in Spain.

A Bachelor Degree in any quantitative field will be highly valuated, as well as an MBA from a top tier institution.

The position requires you to be based in Alicante or to move there. This is mandatory.
