From New Tandem we are hiring a Marketing Specialist for an technological multinational company located in Madrid.

The role of the Marketing Specialist is a position to lead the marketing planning and execution of the company and generate new business in Spain.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

- Developing and driving the overall marketing plan for the market, identifying the channels/activities/programs which will support the achievement of quarterly pipeline and revenue goals

- Leading the execution of local marketing activity including digital campaigns and events with other marketing peers and agencies

- Serve as the lead representative for Enterprise marketing in the region for senior level partners across Product Marketing, Marketing and Sales

- Working with sales teams in the local markets to understand local market and customer needs and translate them into meaningful programs, maximising our EMEA and global programs

- Forecasting, measuring and analysing the impact of programs on sales cycles; produce weekly reports and monthly dashboards to demonstrate campaign progress and region success

- Own the budget for your customer segment to execute the campaigns against the plan

- Manage all related partner communication and expectations for the assigned business segment

- Ensure alignment with the overall region business strategy and plans

- Teleworking but the possibility to come back to office in a few months (Madrid)

Requisitos mínimos
Degree in Marketing or similar

Candidates should have 3+ years of experience working as Marketing Specialist: organizing events and webinar, contact with suppliers and some experience in digital marketing and e-commerce, experience on online and offline marketing.

Demostrate skills in communication, problem-solving, initiative, planning and decisiveness.

Commercially aware with a focus to help maximise Sales, Conversion and Profit.

Languages: Spanish native, English fluent.
