• Design and implement campaigns in Community and UGC to increase the engagement of users, and improve the map POI data quality and quantity.


• Analyze the performance of each campaign to deliver the best ROI and recommend improvements for next wave of campaigns


• Analyze user engagement metrics (from internal databases) to find out trends, behaviors that need to be improved or reinforced and help design actions to solve them.


• Work with other teams (User Growth, Analytics, Partnerships, Product…) to create new proposals for increasing user growth and engagement.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree More than 3 years of experience in UGC operation and/or community operation:

Experience

• Experience in Map or map related company as operation role


• Experience of on-line and off-line activities related to data/content creation


• Understanding of regional and local UGC and community management methodology


• Good at data analysis, familiar with Tableau/SQL/power BI will be preferable.


• Fluent in English. Secondary language (French, Italian, German or Chinese) will be preferable.


• Project management skills as the coordination of multiple actions across multiple European countries will be very frequent.

Abilities as graphics designer and content creation is preferable
