M&A Associate

Multinational company from the Technology sector.

Reporting to the M&A Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Developing in-depth knowledge of companies of the technology sector.


• Initiating contact with potential target companies.


• Initiating and building relationships with Corporate Finance advisors, financial investors and other players in the market.


• Financial analysis and modelling.


• Assessing target companies gauging the possibility of a potential acquisition forming his/ her own opinion about the target.


• Managing the whole M&A process, coordinating due diligence processes in connection with other teams in the company (legal, finance, HR, commercial, technology, etc).

A salary package of 50.000 - 70.000 fixed euros + bonus is offered. The final offer will depend on the experience of each candidate.

• Fluency in Spanish and in English is essential (verbal and written).


• Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Engineering or similar degree.


• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate M&A, transaction services or private equity.


• Outstanding qualitative, technical and analytical skills.


• Excellent communication and presentation skills.


• Strong entrepreneurial, self-starting nature. Aptitude to work collaboratively in a team environment.


• Robust organizational and time management skills.


• Excellent attention to details.


• Strong work ethic and ability to work well under pressure.


• Interest in the software / technology sector.
