Supporting the annual budget and quarterly forecasts through qualitative and quantitative analysis, as well as ensuring the quality and integrity of financial data.
Evaluate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results against annual budgets and latest forecasts
Assist in identifying opportunities and risks based on company performance
Support business critical projects as required, for example: M&A, Business Optimization, Strategic Improvements
Identify areas for process improvements to enhance business performance
Be a true business partner to all functions by building and maintaining effective working relationships with internal customers and stakeholders
Act as liaison for the Information Systems team to drive continuous process and reporting improvements

Working knowledge of balance sheet, income statement, OPEX, cash flow and working capital analysis
Strong knowledge and demonstrated experience with Microsoft Excel required. SAP and Power BI knowledge desirable
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
Fluent in English. Working knowledge of German desired, but not necessary
Sound business acumen
Previous exposure to FMCG or production environments beneficial
Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills, you must be able to convey information in a clear, focused, and concise manner
Self-starter, as well as a team player
Experience in planning, coordinating, and executing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
Attention to detail, and working to strict deadlines
Excellent interpersonal skills and aptitude for building relationships across different cultures and regions
