- General industry coverage across different sectors. - Monitoring and researching existing investment / non-investment grade international leveraged loan and corporate bond portfolio positions. - Handle waiver requirements and other company requests for Portfolio accounts as they come on a timely basis. - Periodically liaise with DRT / DC to prepare Portfolio Review presentations for General Review as well as Impairment Committee meetings. - Will work closely and support the existing Execution and Origination members of the team to evaluate, recommend, execute and handle other Principal Finance opportunities.

- Minimum of 3 years in leveraged/corporate/acquisition finance or equivalent at an investment or commercial bank. Alternative M&A, Transaction Services and/or Strategy Consulting backgrounds may also be considered. - Financial & Accounting skills required. - Legal knowledge of credit documentation.
