We are looking for a Junior IT Technician for our central offices.

We have a vacancy for an IT SERVICE DESK TECHNICIAN to provide technical support in person, by phone and by e-mail to office and store employees, guaranteeing the resolution of incidents and providing exceptional internal customer service. Furthermore, the company has an excellent work environment and this job has high growth potential.

Your mission will be…


Provide exceptional customer service while responding to phone, e-mail and online requests for technical support.



What will the role entail?


  • IT Service ticket management, onsite & online support to AWWG user base.

  • Track and monitor all support cases to ensure timely resolution and follow-up.

  • Escalate critical customer situations to the appropriate level of management and engineering expertise.

IT Technical Manager

Job Competences:


  • Represent the customer to ensure serviceability and product quality issues are being tracked, prioritized, resolved, and incorporated into the issue cycle

  • Contribute to documentation and knowledgebase article library

  • AWWG model skills: Adaptability, Inclusivity, Collaboration, Passion, Invention & Ownership


Requirements of the position:


  • Hardware & software (windows environment) troubleshooting ability.

  • Great Customer Service skills

  • Excellent understanginf of the technical fundamentals of the Internet.

  • Exposure to Attlassian Suite (desirable)

  • Experience or high interest in the enterprise endpoint security space

  • Experience supporting multiple, simultaneous engagements/customers

  • Excellent analysis and debugging skill

  • Ability to function as an individual contributor and/or a member of a team

  • Medium to High level of English language.

  • High level of Spanish language

  • Information Technology related FP2 (desirable)
