Functions:
Creation of clients in different systems.
Maintenance of BBDD.
Incident registration in the system.
Creation of reports.
Sending invoices to customers.
Management of delivery notes.
Management of calls and meetings in English and Italian.
Support in administrative tasks to different departments.
Signing of a one-year internship agreement with universities.
12.000€ C/A + Restaurant tickets.
Full working day (40 hours per week).
Immediate incorporation.
Requisitos mínimos
University students of Science, Pharmaceutics or Biomedicine, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar, recently graduated.
Italian Native and English Advanced.
Management of office package - SAP is an asset.
Multitask profile, willing to work in a team and communicative.
