Responsabilities:

- Builds and executes against a strategic plan to create an account portfolio targeting large partner enterprise accounts amounting to 30% of portfolio and SMEs amounting to 70% of overall portfolio.
- Establishes a robust network of strategic partners and key decision makers within accounts to grow and expand revenue over time.
- Excellent account management of existing accounts to maximize usage and renewal.
- Leads solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.
- Implements a seeding strategy of qualified partners with an expected closing rate of 15%.
- Runs online partner events in efforts to proactively recruit new qualifying partners
- Works cross-functionally within a team environment (POD) in conjunction with SDRs and CS colleagues to approach the portfolio along the full customer journey.
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
- Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
- Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements and negotiates contract terms. .
- Train and develop our partners to get product knowledge to be able to scale the business.


Requisitos mínimos
- Experience in selling SaaS and digital products
- Adept at solution selling.
- Expertise in working with a CRM (Salesforce a preference)
- Team-work attitude
- Positive attitude
- Willingness to learn
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Degree: Economics / Business Administration
- More than 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Native in Spanish + bilingual in English.
- High results orientation, high sales orientation.
