  • Accountable for business operations to be carried out in a timely manner, ensuring the necessary resources and building up workforce tactics and strategies.

  • Serves as the primary liaison between sales, supply chain/logistics, and manufacturing staff on the effective delivery of customer service.

  • Identifies relevant trends in the market; translates these into strategy, actions and products in agreement with the overall strategy.

  • Keeps up to date on new markets and developments in products, equipment and services and translates his observations in local actions.

  • Represents Iberia in international meetings of Global Services, transferring needs and implementing global strategies and decisions.

  • Establishes and controls annual budgets, individual and team targets and relevant forecasts.

  • Together with Marketing, Global Service and Managing Director contributes to setting prices of the service products and service solutions

  • Maintains contact with key accounts and opinion leaders in coordination with account managers, to ensure the company's maximum sales potential is realized.

  • Represents the Services area before clients (Health Authorities, Hospitals, Councils, Local governments, Industries and Emergencies bodies).Accountable for Employee life-cycle management activities, such performance, development, labour law and regulatory compliance, etc

  • Ensures effective team collaboration and knowledge transfer within own and cross-area, related to service, pricing policy, financial, commercial and organizational aspects. Ensures necessary service tools are available, fit for purpose, compliant with safety standards, up-to date and fulfil all external and internal requirements

Requisitos mínimos
  • Industrial Engineering preferably complemented by relevant Master's degree.

  • Preferably educational background in related business segment(s)

  • Requires 8-10 years of experience in a relevant, similar role.

  • Significant Service management experience

  • Experience in people management

  • Technical understanding to engage with technical staff and suppliers

  • In-depth understanding of service delivery
