Reporting to the Marketing Manager you will responsible for:

  • Be the Brand owner for all the core product portfolio for which you will manage the overall strategy to grow brand relevance among the most common occasion of the industry, and the growing ones.



You will be responsible to design menu vision with the goal to make the brand grow through categories & occasions & platforms innovation. Your responsibilities would include:

  • Lead core menu portfolio (Instore and delivery): Core innovation, win on taste improvements and new layers pipeline.

  • Defining and landing the menu vision to nurture Innovation pipeline and existing product development to drive brand relevance and improve profitability across digital and instore channels.

  • Lead together with the innovation specialist the Taste and limited time offer calendar.

  • Lead together with the innovation specialist the sustainability and nutrition roadmap.

  • Supervising and nurturing the insight ecosystem coordinating key agencies partners and Market research (Market trends and performance, Brand tracker and Ad-hoc studies).

  • Work closely with franchisees to get and analyze different feedback on menu vision strategy and align future expectations.

  • Lead together with the digital team the Menu UX improvements in all brand touchpoints (Kiosks, Delivery, Drive thru, and menu board.

  • Lead the menu pricing strategy and guarantee the perfect implementation in restaurants.

  • Lead the price audits to analyze competitors' pricing strategy, promotions and behavior to optimize possible hotspots.

  • Measure sales and traffic performance of your category and related marketing activities

Requisitos mínimos
  • 3 -5 years of relevant experience in FMCG, retail or food related industry.

  • Real passion for genuine brand strategy with great strategic vision and strong commercial acumen.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset to disrupt category conventions. Comfortable with change and fast paced industry

  • You think big, connecting the dots in fresh ways to make amazing things happen.

  • You see yourself as a people grower and team player.

  • Fluent English is a must.

  • High proficiency in Microsoft excel
