Iberia Internal Communications BP:
* Develop and execute communications, locally or Country-wise, around activities,specific projects or campaigns designed to engage employees with the company narrative, supporting to achieve business needs.
* Work with key stakeholders to agree on the development and delivery of an internal communications plan.
* Deliver the internal communications plan and content management, by identifying and involving key contributors.
* Localize and execute Group-wide, divisional and regional communications campaigns in the country/ies.
* Manage an editorial calendar, writing content, managing channel performance and developing assets to support key projects and campaign activity.
* Develop creative, engaging and impactful communication asset/materials to support key business objectives:
* Support the creation of a strong line management leadership community, helping them drive employee engagement through active communications.

* Build and maintain a strong internal network with wide range of stakeholders within the country.
* Create KPIs to measure progress & success against business needs.
o Constantly measuring and re-calibrating communication activities and channels for maximum impact/results and engagement-
* Drive internal leadership visibility for local MD and senior leaders.
* Deliver and maintain a robust channel strategy, continuously finding better ways to reach audiences, that are both offline and online.
* Be an active partner of the regional and divisional communications networks, sharing local insights and adopting best practices

Impact Centre Coordinator:
* Accountability for ensuring Impact Centre is utilised according to KPIs set with rest of organisation. (number of visits, number of projects).
* Provide results for established KPIs, including the generation of business opportunities Establish and manage relationships with all types of retailers.
* Keeping up to date with shopper, retail and wider supply chain trends, to collect and structure insights gleaned from the retail environment and compile periodical trend reports for the sales and marketing community.
* Develop the concept ( story telling ) and keep the Impact Centre updated with local retailer and supply chain trends
* Continuous understanding of company products, processes and capabilities.
* Working with colleagues to develop themes, understanding, identify case studies,product and prop acquisition, creative development and production for the initial fit out
* Day-to-day management of the Impact Centre.
* Define the process around how to effectively use the Impact Centre (preparation,visits, questionnaires, post-visits, etc.)
* Ensure the interconnection between the visits to the Impact Centre and the sales plan of the key accounts
* Collaboration with colleagues outside Iberia, to contribute to the development of the European Impact Centre network.



Career development




Requisitos mínimos
  • University degree or equivalent . A further business-related qualification such as an MBA would be an advantage.

  • Native Spanish & high English level (Italian and French is a plus).

  • Corporate communications experience within a complex,international and global matrix organisation

  • Marketing or trade marketing solid experience

  • Exemplary stakeholder management

  • Confident, highly motivated and results-oriented.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; understanding of functional communications best practice.

  • Ability to influence without authority.

  • Pro-active approach to communications programme development.

  • Strategic thinking ability as well as efficient execution and ability to be hands on.

  • Autonomy, independence.

  • Communications thought leadership: ability to rally functional leaders around communications objectives and plans.

  • Able to translate complex concepts into meaningful language.

  • Experience in creating and execute campaigns that have driven strong employee engagement.

  • Good level of Microsoft Office (especially power point and excel).
