Our client is a World leading company in its sector.




Recuitment:

  • Ensure a first class recruitment and selection process experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

  • Partner with the hiring managers to ensure that accurate information is used for the recruitment process, thereby ensuring targeted and quality recruitment.

  • Conduct professional Performance/Strengths based interviews.

  • Analyse the success and improvement areas of the recruitments in you perimeter to develop targeted recruitment initiatives if needed.



Talent Management and Development:

  • Support the implementation of global training initiatives and tools, and provide regional trainings aligned with the international offerings.

  • Collaborate with Managers to identify training needs. Provide support determining quality training and development solutions.



Others:

  • Support on the implementation of the HR Agenda and Global HR Tools (Amplify, Engagement Survey, Onboarding, etc...)

  • Advise employees on daily administrative topics.

  • Provide HR input for Business Planning processes.


We offer a 6-month contract (extendable)




Requisitos mínimos
  • University degree required

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment ideally in a FMCGs company (for recruitment consultant)

  • High level of MS Office

  • Experience in briefing and working with external partners for recruitment and training

  • Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken)
