The selected candidate must perform the following tasks: - Labor Relations Management of 360 employees - Payroll supervision helping labor consulting (complex payroll with bonuses, stock options, compensation in kind and flexible) - Manage registrations, cancellations, dismissals, leave of absence, expatriates, contract changes - Preparation of permanent, temporary, maternity contracts and scholarship programs - Know and work with various types of agreements - Execute complete selection processes (internal and external) - Onboarding programs, training, contact with suppliers and third parties, evaluation of performance and skills or measure the motivation of the staff from the interns to the partners - Teamwork with HR Spain and EMEA in English - Report to HR management and management of an intern in charge

The successful candidate must meet the following requirements: - Degree in Business Administration, Law or HR and LR - At least 4-5 years of experience performing all the tasks described - High level of oral and written English (C1) - Knowledge of WORKDAY (very valuable) - The desire to get involved in a very ambitious long-term project in an international environment - Good level of empathy, dialogue and passion for the profession
