Key Responsibilities:

  • Support global recruitment efforts for all full-time hires, including putting in place efficient candidate tracking processes, e.g. setting up and maintaining status reports / interview trackers particularly where we run searches ourselves. This would also apply to any roles where we're using multiple search firms and need to bring the candidate lists together to show the search in its entirety.

  • Booking interviews for all open roles, coordinating in-house testing and assessments, and arranging internal update calls. The successful candidate is responsible for ensuring a highly efficient interview process from a logistics perspective, from start to finish.

  • Responsible for receiving and distributing candidate details including CVs ensuring this is compliant with GDPR requirements.

  • Supporting the implementation of our new HRIS to help to streamline HR processes and working with the HR Business Partner as well as HR Operations to roll out to all offices.

  • Managing the Human Resources inbox and generally playing a pivotal role in ensuring that the recruiting function operates a best in class, efficient and effective process.

Requisitos mínimos

Skills and requerements:

  • At least 2 years' relevant experience.

  • Genuine interest in HR and in helping build a best in class HR function for the company.

  • Preferred profiles would have some exposure in any of financial/professional services, legal, consulting, fintech, IT or industry.

  • Outstanding attention to detail and organisation in all deliverables.

  • Comfortable with HRIS technology, people data, presentations and spreadsheets with the ability to manipulate
    as needed.

  • Capable of working under pressure to meet tight deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and
    professionalism.

  • Ability to multitask and highly effective in prioritising.

  • Very high level of service orientation, strong team player, flexibility and a willingness to contribute to a broad
    range of tasks and activities
