• At least 3 years working for a reputable Investment Bank.|Well versed corporate finance, valuation method., modeling and capital markets.

The company acquires premium digital ad inventory from publishers, automatically scans content via AI that provides human-like understanding of text and images and sells ad space/ contextual creatives that maximise association with/ integration of brands into the content. • Identify and assess targets globally to accelerated growth through M&A


• Lead financial and strategic analyses for M&A targets, JVs or other strategic commercial agreements


• Lead valuation, due diligence and board presentations in relation to M&A and other key projects, with the assistance of specialized advisors when appropriate


• Assist in preparation of investor presentations for shareholders and debt investors


• Lead short and long term financial planning of the Company


• Track compliance with debt covenants


• Track benchmark of relevant metrics with peers


• Define and track relevant KPIs for value creation

• Salary package: Around 80.000 euros + bonus.

• 4 to 6 years of work experience, with at least 3 years working for a reputable investment bank


• Well versed corporate finance, valuation methodologies, modeling and capital markets

• Is proactive and not afraid to communicate


• High level of English and fluent Spanish is a must
