Head of M&A

• Important energy company, is looking for an Head of M&A with 5
• At least 5 years of experience and high english level. Big Four is a plus.

Important multinational company.

• Engage into direct contact with the owners of the targets and from this relation know how to find the match between the objectives of the company, the shareholder(s) to build such a good relationship that he/she will be approached with priority if the acquisition candidate decides to start a process.


• Negotiation and closing of M&A deals.


• Design and analysis of optimal financial structures, including building the project financial model.


• Investment analysis including building the project financial and valuation models, conducting qualitative and quantitative analyses.


• Responsible of the complete M&A process (due diligence, data room, contracts, business cases, management presentations).


• Responsible for preparing various reports.


• Build complex financial models/ business plans and run sensitivity analysis.


• Supporting the execution of M&A, project acquisition and sale transactions.

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar.


• At least 5 years experience in M&A.


• Strong analytical thinking to solve problems and grasp complex situations.


• An independent thinker who keeps focusing on the target, who quickly develops own insights and who can apply them.


• Excellent communication and presentation skills.


• Experience in various number of transactions with responsibility end to end.


• Valuable MBA.


• Mandatory: High level of English.
