Multinational company one of the leading European service providers for Customer Management Solutions. Its clients belong to the top 500 business companies in the sectors IT and hi-tech, telecommunications, automotive, financial services, health care and commerce.




  • Identify sales-ready leads via phone, outbound prospecting and social selling through LinkedIn in your assigned market

  • Apply strategic reasoning to prioritize the list of target accounts to contact by leveraging the insights from our CRM system and based on the IT solution offered

  • Creating the business environment for sustained growth on the account

  • Developing and maintaining the relationship within the account in order to maintain long term visibility of strategy, plans and competitor activities

  • Manage the sales cycle of each prospect in our CRM keeping the information updated and providing accurate reports

  • Work closely with our Account Management team to ensure our clients achieve their business goals

  • Research new sales opportunities within the existing portfolio of accounts

  • Prepare commercial and technical service proposals

  • Focus on driving profitability through proactive management

  • Execute and achieve sales quota and targets

  • Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to sales pipeline

  • Timely response and resolution of incoming customer or partner calls


  • Horario: Lunes a Viernes de 9h-18h o 8h a 17h dependiendo de la Campaña

  • Trabajo Presencial (cerca Metro Esperanza, Madrid)

  • Salario: 8.80 euros/hora

  • Contrato temporal hasta el 31 de diciembre



Requisitos mínimos
  • Nivel nativo de Italiano o Alemán

  • Muy valorable conocimientos de otros idiomas

  • Experiencia en atención al cliente

  • Valorable experiencia realizando funciones comerciales
