- Be responsible for exploring the potential of Impact Investing and, if necessary, incorporating it into the operating model.
- Establish strategic relationships with major donors.
- Create alliances and partnerships with these donors to obtain institutional funding.
- Ensure quality in the design and execution of projects within its activity.
- Participate in forums and working groups of the third sector, both external and internal, within its scope of action.
- Design and implement the fundraising strategy with major donors.
- A dynamic international work environment and enriching professional experience.
- Madrid based role but open to remote working from other locations worldwide frequently travelling to Madrid.
- At least 15/20 years in positions related to the achievement of partnerships, fundraising within Financial Institutions, Impact Investment Funds and/or companies in the third sector or CSR in the corporate environment.
- Outstanding organisational and Leadership abilities.
- Analytical mind and pragmatic implementation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
- Have exemplary work ethics.
