FP&A Manager

• At least 10 years of relevant experience

The Business Planning Manager reports to the CFO.

The Key responsibilities:

• Collectively drive the business objectives and growth with sound financial analysis supporting the business strategy.


• Responsibility for leading and coordinating group annual budget/forecast and five-year plan.


• Leading and management of special projects that support delivery of the annual budget and five-year plan.


• Provide financial analysis that generates insights which will support solid commercial decision making.


• Build deep and effective relationships across the entire organisation by being highly visible.


• Developing strategic recommendations that are innovative and support business growth and development.


• Be the change advocate for the Finance and business transformation.


• Focus on continuous improvement implementing more effective ways of working.

Qualifications And Experience:

• At least 10 years of relevant experience.


• Bachelor's degree or experience considered equivalent.


• Preference for MBA qualifications.


• Full proficiency in Spanish and English language (advisable Italian & French also)


• Analytical, Communication, Team player skills.


• Occasional in-country and international travel.

Skills:

• Leadership skills and proven track record in influencing stakeholders.


• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels both verbal and written.


• Strong technical skills and experience in Finance and Accounting.


• Ability to organise and control disparate Finance and Accounting systems.
