  • Develop training and development solutions, including e-learning, blended learning, interactive webinars, videos and motion graphics, facilitator guides, how-to guides and resource

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to design and develop content. Gather feedback and evaluation from stakeholders and end users.

  • Refine and evolve designs to ensure trainings are high impact, creative and

  • Update and improve existing training and development tools, processes and solutions, reducing administrative burden and improving user

  • Use new digital learning tools and technologies to convert training modules into e-learning.

  • Help establish and track metrics for online and face-to-face training content.

Requisitos mínimos
  • Training needs analysis

  • Adult learning theories

  • Instructional design methodologies including the ADDIE model

  • Storyboarding

  • Learning management systems, e.g. Docebo

  • Learner assessments

  • eLearning authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate or Articulate 360

  • Interactive multimedia content creation

  • Graphic design and animation skills

  • Experience in videography, both in planning and managing shoots, directing and editing

  • Advanced skills in the use of authoring tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Articulate Storyline/Rise and others Ability to work and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders

  • Effective communication skills - verbal, written and listening.

  • Collaborative team player who builds great relationships with colleagues at all level
