• Assist users in resolving problems and answer questions related to the ERP system and connected business applications.


• Participate in prototyping, testing, and implementation of new ERP functionality to enhance business processes.


• Prepare and maintain system documentation.


• Analyze and secure data to maintain system integrity.


• Help in improving the existing ERP template

• Academic background: Bachelor's degree in a technology or business related academic degree.

Previous experience:

• A relevant similar professional experience with ERP systems.


• Experience working with Infor M3 preferred.

Skills:

• Ability to translate business requirements into ERP concepts.


• Strong communication skills, written and spoken, in English.
