Reporting to the Head of Sales the professional will:
Be responsible to 360 cascading of activations plans into field audiences. Look for new ideas to cascade the information and deliver final flow and co-ordinate new products are delivered to sales force
Be responsible to Deliver Field Communication & drive engagement/recognition:
Guarantee effective and consistent communication and tone of voice across all Field members/ Sales Force (internal & external) in all comm. vehicles.
Ensure relevant communication is cascaded into field members through 360º communication plans: from Division meeting decks, follow up emails, recognition boards…etc.
Monthly Zone Sales Conferences scripts preparation for field: new products and incentives.
Ensure Zone Managers communication flows in both directions: through surveys, meetings in field…etc. that capture the pulse on effectiveness and motivation.
Support Head of Sales communication strategy with yearly plan and materials
Liaise with internal communications to manage crisis communications flows. Build reactive/pro-active communication plans in case of crisis environments.
Be the point of contact between internal stakeholders and field related to the communication of internal decisions that will have an impact in field.
Participate in the management of internal RSS for field
