FMCG multinational firm.




The selected candidate will be responsible of the following functions:

  • 70% of the time, he/she will manage all online activity of the webshop.

  • Coordinate/Plan Sales activities (promotions, outlet, initiatives, etc.).

  • Conversion improvement (a/b testing, funnel improvements, webshop adaptions, etc.).

  • Evaluations of local and international campaigns.

  • Building the eCom calendar in line with the global and local marketing plan.

  • Online shop content management and execution of local SEO strategy by optimizing meta tags and contents to local needs.

  • Report on main website/webshop performance KPIs (traffic, conversion rate, AOV, revenue, bounce rates, abandon rates, etc.)

  • Ensure premium presence of the company in online retailers.

  • Webshop content management: define content strategy and plan for both internal and external eCommerce channels.

  • 30% of the time, he/she will design, execute and optimise CRM strategy and plans, through automated and tactical cross-channel campaigns (mobile, web, email/sms).

  • Plan and execute yearly CRM calendar (e-mail and SMS marketing, consumer segmentation, loyalty strategy, cross- and up-sale strategy).

  • Analyse consumer behaviour and CRM effectiveness in omni-channel environment.

  • Development and enlargement of the current CRM database across all consumer touch points.

Requisitos mínimos

  • An ecommerce specialist with a broad knowledge of ecommerce and proven experience in the execution of CRM strategies.



  • 5+ years in ecommerce and CRM campaign management and email marketing.



  • Previous use of Hubspot, or other marketing automation platform/CRMs, email and messaging tools, Inbound tools



  • Proficient user of Excel and Google Analytics (Google data studio).



  • Entrepreneurial mindset, fast learner, analytically minded, team player.



  • Excellent analytical abilities and a strong financial/analytical background.



  • Ability to dive into data to develop consumer insights.



  • Excellent communication skills.



  • Fluent in English. Good level of Portuguese is a plus.
