Develop and implement digital sales strategy creating a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense
controls, in order to improve ecommerce and Amazon performance.
Setup and optimise sales systems and ensure the quality of the sales data included in it.
Develop analytics and key business metrics on the ecommerce and Amazon to provide a weekly, monthly, and yearly reports and analyse conversion numbers.
Communicate, and track sales targets with the team to be achieved weekly, monthly, and yearly and per geography.
Monitor web analytics and internal data sources to facilitate the Data Analytics in generating metrics and analysis for business decisions in the area of business processes, customer experience and sales growth.
Update and supervise proactively our digital presence to ensure brand consistency and increase sales.
Coordinate with the Marketing team:
All online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion, SEO, SEM, content marketing, product management and Social Media, PR and other digital publicising channels, a/b testing, Lead generation, improve quality and traffic acquisition.
Product launches and promotions.
Coordinate with tech and design team:
Drive business requirements to improve website usability improvements in UX/ UI, from navigation to checkout experience.
Overseeing design and developments of the ecommerce to maintain and improve the website's functionality and design - from UX to UI, to speed and any analytics score.
Supervise and Coordinate Customer Care team
Ensure good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments
Work with Customer Care team to resolve issues and keep customers satisfaction high.
Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features, products or identify any issue.
Work closely with the Supply Chain team to demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment process within expected timeframes and quality.

Requisitos mínimos

Demonstrated success leading multi-channel B2C sales functions at a brand on a similar services industry (3+ years of experience) in Shopify and Amazon.
Highly digitally and experienced with digital sales tools: lead management, email marketing, UX and UI, and online purchase journeys.
Able to get into the detail to maximise sales output from the footprint
Analytically minded, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, comfortable working with data to build sales plans and executing.
Confidence in traffic analysis, reporting tools and optimisation with knowledge of Google Analytics and/ or other digital marketing analytics tools.
Creative and strategic thinker with a strong customer orientation.
Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs. Comfortable working in a start-up environment that moves quickly and must juggle multiple priorities. Resourcefulness and motivation are key.
Able to think strategically and see the big picture while knowing how to execute it tactically.
Excellent time-management and organizational skills, with willingness to work under tight deadlines
Demonstrates excellent leadership abilities, along with solid time management and problem solving skills.
