      For our head office in Madrid, we are currently looking for a Product Manager B2B who will be responsible for developing and improving our website/App services for providers in the wedding industry. Your work will directly affect products and services used by thousands of couples and providers every day and will have a direct impact on our business. This position reports to our COO with significant interaction with our CMO, CSO and development/design teams.



      What you will spend most of your time on:



      • Be the ultimate decision-maker for our B2B products.

      • Increase revenue through B2B. You will work closely with our CSO to support and increase our revenue goals thanks to improving existing features and developing new ones.

      • Understand our customers on a global scale: Identify user needs and spot opportunities to build features that improve engagement and retention, grow the user base and delight our current and potential users.

      • Formulate clear and understandable product objectives for each sprint.

      • Launch products and features, test their performance, and iterate quickly. Deliver value for users: This includes coordinating multidisciplinary teams (development, design, etc.) to deliver new and improved features to our users.

      • Optimize product features by analyzing user data, competitive analysis, internal and customer suggestions, as well as company and departmental goals.

      • Coordinate product/feature releases and ensure new features are communicated to customers.

      • Coordinate with the marketing team on how to address and engage users and increase conversion.






Requisitos mínimos

  • Requirements:


    • University degree in CS, Computer Engineering or Industrial Engineering (this is not a marketing position)

    • 3 - 5 years in a digital product management role.

    • Fluency with data analysis and statistics.

    • Able to collaborate with and motivate cross-discipline teams to achieve goals.

    • Experience in optimizing product features after release through data-driven iteration.
