Reports directly to the General Management
Responsible for defining, developing and implementing the Marketing strategy for the brands distributed the digital channel in cooperation with General Management
Proactive management and development of brand plans including brand equity, USP, target group analysis and extension, and targeted campaigns to increase brand awareness
Secure competitive edge of the existing brand
Improve brand positioning and differentiation
Detection of new market potentials for existing and new brands
Development, evaluation and launch of significant product innovations
Continuous analysis of category and market development as well as competitor strategies and actions
Develop actionable consumer insights based on the available consumer data
Understands the digital landscape of marketplaces and pure players and plans the actions to become leaders, especially Amazon
Has high level of expertise in developing strategies and executing SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing and digital advertising
Is expert user of the tools and apps that facilitate the success in the digital channels
Make best use of intercompany synergies in a fast-changing environment
Leads cross-functional cooperation with other functions with national and international stakeholders
Tight cooperation with international Heads of Marketing
Shows leadership, development and empowerment of potential team
Budget management: planning and realization of revenues, profit, market share etc.

Requisitos mínimos
Well-educated to degree level in business administration, economics or similar degree, ideally with specialization in marketing and digital marketing
Minimum 4-6 years of experience in brand- or product marketing within FMCG or OTC business, ideally in the category of food supplements, cosmetics, drugstore goods
Minimum 3 years of experience in brand leading (FMCG or OTC) with proven success
Strong understanding of marketing and digital marketing dynamics
Demonstrated success in managing brands in the digital channel and marketplaces
Hands on successful track record on traffic acquisition, SEO, SEM, funnel management
Strong strategic analytical skills with well developed business and financial acumen
Fluent in English in presentation and negotiation
