1. Project & Solution Designing and Execution- Identify new market opportunities and create concepts to position their technology &
solutions as a top partner for brands in the advertising & marketing ecosystem.
- Build a specific business roadmap, finding key clients and industries to evolve and upgrade
company´s core value proposition.
- Design conceptual solutions, linking all the activity and company storytelling
- Develop specific client projects, working from the client needs.
- Pitch and present business solutions to our clients.
- Evaluate ways to improve our solution stack, focusing on delivery and client satisfaction.
- Encourage creativity and risk-taking.2. Partnership Management- Work together with the sales team to build and enrich relationships with top clients and partners.
- Design and implement new resources and techniques to increase engagement with clients.
- Develop specific workshops and trainings to reinforce company´s core value proposition for our
stakeholders.
- Follow project execution verifying success and optimizing solutions.3. Evangelization & Sales Enablement.- Test new products and solutions, evaluating key concepts and designing go to market
strategies.
- Partner with the sales team to create a deep understanding of company´s technology and
solutions and reinforce our core message.
- Evaluate company´s solutions to include new features, functionality or recommendations based
on market experience and client feedback.

Requisitos mínimos

- 6+ years of experience in digital advertising & marketing. Media agencies, Advertising
technologies.
- 5+ years of experience in sales & client management. Strong client facing skills.
- Excellent solution designing skills to adapt different approaches to the client needs or briefing.
- Strong Ability to connect ideas and create efficient sales pitches.
- Problem solving. Fast resolution and team collaboration to easily achieve client and market
challenges.
- PowerPoint expert. Advance knowledge of design tools will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Adtech & Martech ecosystem, programmatic environment and location
intelligence solutions.
- Strong initiative and ability to plan and prioritize work efficiently, multi-task, and work well under
pressure with minimal direction.
- Fluent in English & Spanish.
