The Design Manager will have the following job responsibilities:
1.Project planning, solutions control,design drawings control,progress control, quality assurance and operative roll-out planning covering all aspects for installation, commissioning and integration.
2.Provide regular internal and external progress reports and presentation
3.Coordinate between local partner's project organizations, production line, service delivery groups and the customer
4.Development of a ready to use external partner organization tailored to handle the various kind of mass deployments
5.Perform other activities, accordingly to professional competences, on direct manager request
6.Respects all internal rules and regulations related to work, administrative tasks, reports and company internal order regulation.
7. Output Site level BOM list(material list) according to approved Design

Interesting professional opportunities
The Design Manager will have the following knowledge & skill requirements:
1. At least three years experience in site equipment design
2. Familiar with typical site survey / design work flow
3. Familiar with wireless equipment and solutions
3. Familiar with typical telecommunication equipment installation
4. Familiar with site level BOM list and project level materials control
5. Familiar with local law & authority regulation of telecommunication / EHS
