Key responsibilities:
Your key functions would include:
* Execute WE regional D&C strategy implementing and executing processes and systems while opening new stores and refurbishing existing sites.
* Work with Partners to ensure they adhere to brand standards: Drive our franchise partners to provide timely and accurate drawings of new openings and re-modellings.
* Provide all brand and design specific material and help Architects and Engineers to finalize projects to achieve a world class execution every time.
* Collaborate with the Business Development and Market Planning teams to ensure that restaurant locations, and criteria are in line with global expectations and appropriate for the implementation of the restaurant.
* Review and cost engineer all aspects of restaurant design, equipment and building process.
* Analyze potential cost efficiencies to ensure best value and optimization opportunities in the design and construction of the assets.
* Ensure all necessary consents are obtained for building works, including planning, Building Controls, Landlord's approvals, etc: Ensure that the franchisee applies for all relevant permits.

* Execute the sustainability program, providing technical guidance and advice to consultants and franchise partner to build sustainable assets.
* Manage and motivate a team of outsourced consultants to deliver key objectives.
* Performs other duties and ad-hoc projects as necessary.

Requisitos mínimos

Required Skills and Experience:
? University level degree in Architecture and/or Engineering.
? Project Management certification (appreciated)

? Minimum 5 years' experience in Architecture, Interior Design and Construction, and Project Management.
? Experience working for international companies in a multi-cultural multi-faceted market reis required.
? Proficient in English (written and spoken) required; another European language would be beneficial.
? Highly computer literate with excellent command of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AutoCad, Photoshop and project management software skills (appreciated)
? Strong organizational and analytical skills with well-developed aptitude for contract subject matter.
? Highly details oriented mindset.
? Ability to work independently, take initiative, think creatively, conduct problem solving, manage negotiations and proactively make decisions and develop solutions.
? Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to present information and influence others in a clear and concise manner.
? Ability to travel extensively within the country and in Western European marketplace (up to 50%).
