SICPA is looking for a MRP PLANNER AND DATA ANALYST for its Madrid Office to strengthen the global Supply chain and procurement department.



SICPA, Swiss multinational company that offers a full portfolio of globally-proven security inks and solutions catered to different levels of authentication. They can be invisible to the human eye but legible by devices, sensors, machines and automated systems.


Functions


  • Responsible of the creation, maintenance, and obsolescence of the data base (product material, master record, Nomenclatures, Quality Data…) of the ERP system.

  • Support to the Engineering Department by managing components, nomenclatures, ranges, modification requests, for the various sites of the company

  • Responsible for the execution of the MRP (Manufacturing Requirements Planning) in order to generate the purchase requisitions linked to the smooth execution of orders, projects, quantities and data allocated to the planning

As MRP planner main tasks will be:


  • Run the MRP process daily

  • Analyse the different MRP results

  • Identify and track critical components (forecast, security stock, etc.)

  • Convert needs into purchase requests and / or production orders (dates, quantities, ...)

  • Open, maintain and close production orders

As Masters Data main tasks will be:


  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of product material master record, BOMs (Nomenclature) and manufacturing ranges

  • Manage the Quality views: Module QM

  • Provide support to the rest of the company for: Generating article numbers and material master record Selection of attributes and Structure product & project scheduling lists

  • Create the material based on information received from the Engineering and Customer Service Departments

  • Coordinate the approval of all relevant sectors (Production, External Suppliers, Customer Service, Engineering, Finance, ...)

This role reports to the Global demand Planning Manager in Switzerland.






Requisitos mínimos
  • Mechanical Engineer or FP in Electronic or any related field with technical experience

  • At least 3 years experience in similar role, with a great interest for the technical environment

  • SAP: Knowledge of MM modules required. Module QM and / or PP desired.

  • Microsoft Office Tools: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook: Good level

  • Attention to detail imperative, no fear of some repetitive tasks

  • Ability to work independently

  • Ability to collaborate with global teams across multiple countries

  • Fluent in English and Spanish
